Massimo Dutti Packaging

Massimo Dutti is a global luxury brand that provides products with elegant and universal style for the modern cosmopolitan customer. The products include women and menswear, accessories, and outerwear. The brand itself is quite minimal, and uses a primarily dark, limited color palette in its pre-existing packaging. The system of vessels stay true to the brand, while adding a softer, more elevated and refined style to the packaging. The shape of the bag and boxes were selected specifically because they relate to one another via a square, and the pattern is created from triangles based off a grid system. The boxes and bags were chosen intentionally to house the socks and hosiery sold by Massimo Dutti. The colors are slight tints of white, creating a soft glow on the outsides of the packaging. Gold foil is incorporated on the interior of the bag to illuminate the products within. Each of the vessels uses a single glue seam and tabs, allowing them to knockdown flat.
